Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
