Returns
I take pride in customer satisfaction. However, as a small business, I do not offer returns. Every product is carefully and lovingly made, and I truly hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that sizes may vary slightly (approximately 0.5–1 cm). Colors may differ a little due to lighting or screen settings, but they are generally true to the actual product. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred. However if you suspect the shipping company to be at fault please contact them to ensure compensation.
Late or Missing orders
The shipping company is responsible for any missing or delayed packages. Manufacturing time is typically 10–12 weeks; however, this may vary depending on order volume or periods of high demand. If you would like an estimated timeline for your order, feel free to contact me.
